How to respond to L&G's proposal by November 2nd

You will be able to submit your comments to the Council directly on their planning portal using this link or by email to planningcomments@stalbans.gov.uk . You must reference application 5/2023/0327 and always supply your address, including postcode. If you get an error message on the portal, this is most likely because you have exceeded its 5000 character limit.

We have  suggested below some objections you may wish to consider when making your response. Please use our newly created posts as these relate to L&G's latest submission. We encourage you to mention traffic/transport issues as at least one of your points of objection given that we believe these are particularly powerful. You will also doubtless have your own views on L&G’s proposals and we encourage you to share these too with the Council. Please note that your response will carry more weight if you make it in your own words rather than using ours.
